I HOPE YOU ENJOY BROWSING MY WEBSITE
I have owned Scotties all my life, beginning with my mother buying a Scottie when I was 18 months old, and so have always been around them . I began showing back in 1986 with a boy whose pedigree went back to Kennelgarth Viking, at that time not knowing what a super pedigree it was. I had my first litter in 1990, and began my judging career in 1997. I have completed and passed, all of the Kennel Club Assessments, Examinations etc and have attended numerous seminars. I am on the A1 List of Judges awarding CC’s. I am currently a member of the STC (England) Committee and for many years a member of the Durham & Northumberland STC.
I first awarded Challenge Certificates at Driffield Championship Show in 2012 and am judging later this year at the Scottish Terrier Club (Scotland) Championship Show. In August 2017 I have been appointed judge at the Scottish Kennel Club Championship Show. This is a brief synopsis of my judging career and my life with Scottish Terriers. Over the past 10 years I have run a very successful small boarding kennel, which has enabled me to have hands on with a wide variety of different breeds.
